Recent Wolf Sizing Lines Install

CFS was in Alabama this month for the successful install of two new Wolf overhead sizing lines at one of our customer facilities. Our projects and service teams worked diligently in advance to create a seamless implementation plan for the onsite install. These lines will help our customer expand production capabilities within their plant with increased efficiency and accuracy.

CFS Onsite Visits: COVID-19 Safety Precautions

CFS is prioritizing protecting our customers and employees as our project and service teams work onsite for visits that are deemed necessary. As we begin gradually expanding our field support, we ask that our customers review CFS's precautionary measures and facility expectations outlined below. 

   

  • Visitation Forms -  Customers must complete a visitation form allowing CFS to asses the safety of the environment before our technicians can visit a facility.
  • PPE Packs - CFS employees will be provided with PPE bags including masks, gloves, face shields and hand sanitizer that should be worn and utilized for all onsite visits.
  • Social Distancing - In addition to maintaining the recommended 6 ft distance from others, technicians are avoiding congested areas and are using side entrances when possible. 
  • Post-Travel Quarantine - CFS is currently requiring a one-week quarantine for all employees after each facility visit.

     

Tech Tip: Solve Reoccurring System Issues with a HelpDesk Ticket Report

Ticket reports are available upon request. The ticket report can provide insight into the root causes of many issues. Most issues fall into the categories: failure to follow an SOP, the need for training, hardware failure, or the use of older versions of CFS applications that do not include enhancements and patches.

New CFS Team Member: Ataollah Gogani Khiabani

Ataollah Gogani Khiabani joins our organization as Control Systems Engineer. Ataollah earned his B.S. from University of Tabriz,  his M.S. from K. N. Toosi University of Technology, and started his Ph.D. at Southern Methodist University. He specializes in electronics and control. 


Ataollah is from Iran and speaks three languages, Persian, Turkish and English. Outside of work he enjoys watching movies, hiking and playing volleyball.
